A busy restaurant is looking for a friendly and competent front of house person to make sure our diners have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate should possess clear communication skills, patience and attentiveness.
Day to Day duties will involve:
• Greet customers upon entrance – Professional, warm welcome you will be the face of our business presentation is key
• Using a Computerised bespoke database – keep on track of Stock Control in a cost-effective, high-quality way.
• Taking bookings and organising large party bookings inputting the data through our computerised system
• Dealing with customer satisfaction feedback in a professional manner and logging all feedback in our system to ensure we maintain our high-quality service
• Dealing with customer complaints in person and online e.g. Trip advisor our apprentice must be confident to deal with complaints with respect, an active response from you dealing with the issue will keep our standards high
• All feedback good or bad must be recorded so we can amend issues and act accordingly as a company
• Work as a team - When busy you will be expected to support staff when serving on the bar and other areas of the restaurant
• Issue bills and obtain process
• Make sure all customers are dealt with efficiently
