Human Resource Apprentice

About this opportunity

This exciting role will be a feeder role to our HR Consultants role. Altum HR are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to support all aspects of their HR Consultants roles.

A normal day would include:

Drafting core documentation to fit the clients needs including handbooks and policies, letters, forms and completing meeting minutes. Maintaining the client records and HR Software. Shadowing the HR Consultants where appropriate to gain experience and knowledge.

• Answering calls, sending relevant messages to consultants
• Filtering, allocating and responding to the support emails
• Document drafting
• Scanning and uploading documents
• Management and support to clients for the administration of the HR System
• Note Taking
• Supporting and shadowing Consultants onsite
• Typing up minutes and meeting notes

What you could go on to do
This role in time will develop into a Junior HR Consultant role with the right work ethic, knowledge and experience.
