A wonderful office-based role, where you will be providing account and finance support and assistance to our clients as well as the rest of the office team.
A normal day would include:
• Data input and organisation, e.g., issuing, updating, or filing of receipts, invoices, or bills (sales and purchase ledgers)
• Double-entry bookkeeping
• Answering and handling of calls from current clients, credit control and chasing payments or fees
• Managing and replying to emails, tickets or other messages from clients, colleagues, or other internal teams
• Using project management, finance, and in-house systems to communicate with the teams and perform your tasks
• Assisting the accounts administrator in their duties
• Implementing various instructions to given deadlines
• Various administrative duties, such as printing or filing
• Providing quality service standards to all staff members and customers
What you could go on to do
The apprentice will be able to progress onto a more senior version of the current role or, since this role supports the entire company, there are options for the apprentice to progress onto a role in any of our departments, for example, the support team, the project team, the technical support team, the sales team, the enquiries team.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
The employer will also provide necessary training in the form of coaching sessions, guides, shadowing and more.
