Willis Towers Watson is recruiting for an apprentice to act as a Junior Project Manager in our market leading Global Services and Solutions (GSS) practice in London, with a focus on delivery of our Global Benefits Management (GBM) offering, but also the opportunity to get involved in other consulting projects.

The GSS Practice has an enviable client portfolio that focuses on multi-national companies across all sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Oil & Gas/Natural Resources, Retail, Construction and Engineering and Manufacturing.
The GSS team is dedicated to serving the needs of the headquarters of our multinational clients. Operating in the global market place means multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language and regulatory environments. Our GSS helps these companies navigate these challenges. We advise multinational companies on certain specialist topics where the GSS has unique experience, and we also act as a single point of contact to help solve client questions where we draw on the expertise of all our colleagues from around the world.
The role of a Consultant in the GSS is varied and challenging, encompassing a wide range of different types of work. We group our services into four main areas as follows:

3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications, ideally including subjects such as English and Maths
This role plays a key part in managing day-to-day project activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and schedule standards.
A fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Project Coordinator to join the company to assist on client assignments. The emphasis and focus of the role is project administration, leading to installation as a Project Manager after 12 months.
