A normal day would include:
• Inputting customer orders and maintaining various spread sheets
• Responsible for dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Maintaining current and prospect customer contact tools with relevant information
• Following up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
• Communicate, liaise and negotiate effectively, both internally and externally
• Produce invoices, Certificates of Analysis / Certificates of Conformity and exchange notes when required
