Glaisyers are leading UK law firm who are very keen to find an apprentice looking to pursue a career in law. They’re passionate about developing apprentices and offer clear career progression and support.
A normal day would include:
• Conduct tasks under the supervision of other fee earners on behalf of clients accurately and reliably
• Work on court documents and bundles accurately
• When appropriate deputise for fee earners when they are absent, such as by taking calls or passing urgent issues over to colleagues
• Case management – opening files on database and housekeeping of database
• Archiving electronic and phyisical files on the database, recording on database and retrieving files
• Preparing outgoing post
• General admin support – photocopying, scanning,faxes, filing etc
• To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall have a responsibility towards self-development
• To abide by all Health and Safety regulations
• Any other reasonable request made by senior management
