A fantastic role is available Aspire Group 360 Ltd who are looking for an Apprentice to join their manufacturing team in Chadderton. This is a wonderful chance to start your career producing high quality products and learn valuable skills.

Aspire Group 360 Ltd are currently looking for an Apprentice whose duties and training will be given for the following:

• We manufacture bespoke metal clad Doors working with the following metals Thin Gauge 0.5 to 3mm as well as steel doors, Fire rated doors and windows
• White food safe,Leathergrain various colours. Zintec , Galvanised Steel , Stainless steel , Aluminium
• To be trained on and able to use various metal cutting machines and wood machines
• Amada 4 metre Guillotine
• Amada 4 metre Press brake
• Walton Folder
• Training to form channels, flashings , top Hats.
• Trumpf Punch Press
• Bonding various metals & Insulation to make a panel
• Fitting Hardware Various to door leafs /skins
• Assembling frames and door sets.
• Using Hand tools.
• Welding training Tig & Mig
• An Understanding of Manufacturing Processes and engineering methods
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Fork Lift Training
• General warehouse duties including stock taking and loading and unloading
• Deliveries – Clean driving license
• Cleaning down machines and factory
• Health & safety training
• May be required to go to site to fit/repair doors
