DB Couriers are looking for a Customer Service practitioner to join their busy sales team. The role is varied, and no two days are the same. You will be dealing with a variety of different clients as well as drivers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
A normal day would include:
• Data Entry
• Book jobs on inhouse system from emails
• Reply to emails from clients requesting bookings quotes and proof of deliveries
• Chase missing purchase orders via email and phone
• Order stationary
• Book vehicles in for repairs and keep a log
• Add new clients to system ensure all information has been filled in correctly
• Insurance queries
• Book interviews
• Create Eshots and social media posts
