About this opportunity

A fantastic opportunity with excellent prospects has arisen for a young person to join this company as an Apprentice Vehicle Paint Refinishing Technician in their busy commercial workshop.

The successful applicant will be expected to learn about the following:

• Keeping work shop clean and tidy
• Learning how to use the correct tools and equipment used in Vehicle Paint Damage Repair
• Learning how to Sand, Prep and Prime Vehicles
• Learn how to mask vehicles correctly and apply filler and foundation materials
• Learn how to identify and repair paint defects
• Learn how to apply topcoats, mix and match paints and be able to blend and fade
• Assisting other members of staff in their work and being given on the job training.
• Ensuring work is carried out in a safe manner

You could go on to progress with the company after completing the apprenticeship.
