The successful person will be an excellent communicator, organised and thrive off providing exceptional customer service.
A normal day would include:
• The successful person will be excellent at delivering customer service, organised, a good communicator and enjoy working as part of a team
• Meeting and greeting clients, learners and employers
• Maintaining a clean and inviting reception area and overall professional academy
• Creating and pro-actively monitoring client appointments - by telephone, in person and online
• Answering telephone quickly, warmly and efficiently and signposting to relevant areas of the business
• Welcoming all academy visitors professionally
• Use of Salon Booking system
• Social Media Activity
• Supporting the recruitment of individuals to Evolve Academy programmes
• Attendance Registers for learners
• Contacting employers and learners where necessary
• Updating systems, spreadsheets to ensure smooth day to day operation of Academy
• Managing incoming and outgoing Post
• Ensuring the Academy is fully stocked of all supplies and ensuring these are re-filled daily
• Ensure all areas are always kept tidy
• Ensure laundry is completed daily to ensure students have appropriate PPE to use
• Cashing up and completing necessary administration procedures
• Supporting the senior management team

A fantastic opportunity is available at Rye Motors. The customer service apprentice will be a first point of contact for customers, providing them with updates as required and ensuring a positive experience at all times.
A Customer Service apprentice is needed to join the team to support with offering communications to external customers both existing and new, along with supporting the work of colleagues.
A fantastic role acting as the initial point of contact for customers both by phone and in person. You will maintaining an excellent service level to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
