Elevated Knowledge are looking for an MIS and Apprenticeship administrator to undertake a variety of duties to provide vital support for our learners and internal team.
A normal day would include:
• Register learners on e-learning platforms and with awarding bodies
• Invoice learners/clients for payment and undertake credit control where required
• Produce clean, error-free individualised learner record files
• Ensure timely submission of each ILR return to the Government Hub
• Ensure the Funding information system software data is updated in-line with current ILR data collection requirements
• Produce a monthly schedule of internal data validations, ensuring data is corrected accordingly and in a timely fashion
• Monitor internal validation reports for suitability
• Analyse data reports to ensure 100% funding compliance and funding requirement deadlines are met using the Data Self Assessment Toolkit (DSAT)
• Responsible for the preparation and provision of data for desktop, internal and external audits
• Contribute to the development of additional tools/systems for monitoring
• Assist the director in reviewing and improving current procedures and implementing efficiency changes, including contributing to the Quality Improvement Plan
• Act as point of contact for learner and business queries
• Undertake other administration and business tasks in line with company needs
• Develop a culture of customer service to drive up outcomes for both commercial and funded qualifications
