About this opportunity

A social media executive position has arisen at a busy and growing recruitment organisation in Ancoats. The role will involve all aspects of social media and candidates should have a good working knowledge across a number of different platforms.

A normal day would include:
Your responsibility will be to assist in managing all social media channels, team members, campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction. The job role will include the creation of contents that drives their brand and engages customers.

You will manage all Social media channels include Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+, etc. You will be responsible for ongoing updates about the brand and service of the company in social media accounts to engage customers.

You will be creating a brand awareness, tracking what is trending and in topic. Whilst doing this you will monitor the effectiveness of these campaigns.

You will also be required to answer any queries, complaints or comments on social media.
