About this opportunity

This is an office based apprenticeship opportunity which will provide those who commit to the training, exam programme, practical experience and guidance provided, with a solid knowledge, understanding and essential hands on experience.

As a Pensions Administrator, you will assist in the delivery of administration services to pension scheme members and a number of our pension clients. You will be part of a team who are committed to providing an excellent service to their members and supporting them through a range of significant life events including Retirement, Transfer and Bereavement.

• Maintaining accurate records of members in the schemes
• calculating benefits (both manually and computerised)
• providing information to scheme members
• maintaining bank accounts in order to settle benefit payments
• Supporting other team colleagues.
• Assisting in running pensioner payrolls
• Assisting in accounting duties
