About this opportunity

The Operations Team is small, friendly and very supportive of each other. Its an exciting time to join ACCS Ltd as we are scaling the business. This is a great opportunity to join the team as a Business Administration Apprentice.

These Operations Apprenticeship roles will carry out training and be mentored by the Certification Administrator and Test Purchasing Administrator to work in the Certification/Test Purchasing function of the Operations Department.

The Training element will include inhouse training on the ISO Portal which will teach the individual about Age Check Certification Scheme to give them a better understanding of the Certification and Test Purchasing Industry.

The main duties of the Certification Apprenticeship will encompass, updating the certification workflow spreadsheets, booking Certification Officers on the calendar to carry out Audits, collating Audit Reports and mailing them to Clients, Liaising with Clients regarding upcoming Audits, participating in Certification meetings, meeting minute and Agenda typing, sending out meeting invites to the Certification team.

The Test Purchasing Apprentices main duties will encompass corresponding to queries from Test Purchasers emails through the visits email, batching Test Purchaser Jobs, allocating jobs through Umbraco (Company job tracking system) to Test Purchasers, Participating in Test Purchase meetings, sending out meeting invites, meeting minute and Agenda typing, Date entry. This Apprenticeship role will carry out training and be mentored by the Certification Administrator to work in the Certification Function of the Operations Department.

A normal day would include:

• Client Liaison
• Schedule Auditors
• Data Entry
• Agenda & Minutes typing
• Report mailing
• Email correspondence

The position could lead to becoming a Certification/ Test Purchase Administrator, Coordinator or Manager as the company expands. Individuals are only limited by themselves, as ACCS Ltd will give them all the support, training and opportunity to grow and prosper in their role.
