The role exciting role is to maximise sales and potential customers for Caterline/Mister Blister products by creating awareness of the brand and the products.
Duties within this role include:
• Understand the clients needs and process orders
• Take enquires via email and phone
• Respond to all new queries in a timely manner and arrange samples as required/requested
• Quote prices verbally and in writing as required
• Understand existing paperwork, computer systems and documentation.
• Update and amend customers details on the database and sales records as required
• Assist with marketing via office mail shots to ensure all customers are updated on new products and information
• Assist the e-commerce co-ordinator with social media campaigns and regular updates on all relevant platforms including facebook, twitter and Instagram
• Archiving Office paperwork
• Daily Printing of picking notes and invoices
• Carry out daily housekeeping to keep the office tidy
• Look after visitors offering drinks/refreshments
