About this opportunity

SR Mailing are looking for a bright, vibrant individual to join thier friendly team. Within this role you will gain a significant amount of experience in account management and resolving customer issues and complaints.

This unique and exciting and unique opportunity as a Customer Relationship Executive, has arisen with SR Mailing.

You will be required to:
• Produce pro-forma invoices and conduct sales from inbound calls from existing customers.
• You will be responsible for a number of major clients, managing and developing multiple relationships within the customer’s account to identify and develop existing and new business opportunities
• Scope and deliver sales
• Problem-solve
• Ensure fulfilment of goods by working across the business to ensure the delivery is completed.
• This role requires a dynamic, analytical individual with a solutions-based mindset, good sales knowledge or experience and good attention to detail to liaise with colleagues and customers and build excellent relationships

Key points include:
• Need to show real active care and take time to understand our projects and initiatives so they are aligned to our goals
• Be a quick learner and quick to get to know the products that we are selling to ensure that you can promote them accurately to our customers.
• Be visible, contactable and responsive at pace
• Be passionate about the sales, build trust and deliver great service to a level which makes them renowned across our business
• Ensure all key performance indicators are met

What you could go on to do
As the database of key accounts increase you will be able to take on more and more responsibility and could go on to manage the customer service team. This will allow for not only an increase in salary but will come with a number of qualifications.
