• Coordinate the technical service engineers
• Time management
• Dealing with customers & suppliers over the telephone
• Maintain customer monitoring system
• Purchasing
• Liaising with drivers
• Answering the phone to customers
• Maintain CRM system
• Outsource technical service engineers
• Update & maintain all supplier costs
