Traineeship - Bricklayer and Carpentry

About this opportunity

This is a great opportunity to be part of a Construction Traineeship, learning about the sector and gaining vital skills to support you to work in the industry. This program will support you with gaining your CSCS to work on Construction sites.

In partnership with Taylor Wimpey' the program will include:

• 6-week program
• Mixture of classroom/virtual learning/on-site work experience
• Employability training to support future job application, interview for Apprenticeship and or job opportunities
• Expert careers advice and guidance
• H&S training
• CSCS test and card – Industry recognised qualification
• You will also be provided with all on-site PPE (Boots, hard hat, tools and Hi-vis jacket provided)
• Guaranteed interview with employer

In addition to the above, you will be given a £75 allowance to help cover travel and lunch costs while on the traineeship.

How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help and support you with your Traineeship and reach your full potential.

What you should have to apply

Ideally – Level 1 Maths and English

Openness to learning new skills and keen to be part of a team

Driving licence - preferable
