Nitrotek currently have two exciting Customer Service Apprentice career opportunities available at their Marple-based warehouse location. A fantastic role for a confident, ambitious individual with a passion for sales and providing customer support.
A normal day would include:
In this role, you will be speaking directly to customers through the ticketing system providing aftersales support where needed. You will also be answering the sales line, creating orders for customers and providing them with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering our sales line
• Responding to customer sales requests
• Upselling products where possible
• Providing ongoing aftersales support to customers
• Dealing with customers who come to our warehouse directly

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.

• GCSE Maths & English grade A*-C/9-4
• Experience with RC hobby-grade models would also be beneficial but not mandatory
