A great opportunity has arisen to join a busy vehicle repair shop. You will be responsible for all aspects of office administration. The role will be varied and will require the individual to be well organised and have good communications skills.
A normal day would include:
• Booking in vehicles
• Ordering parts
• Managing work load
• Inputting customer data on the system
• Liaising with suppliers
• Stock checks and ordering stock
• Organising invoices
• Inputting invoices on the system
• Getting to know all aspects of the business and assisting with the smooth running of the business
