• Updating and organising various online systems for stock, files and customers.
• Report managing using data from online systems
• Fulfil online orders (Shopify and eBay) and prepare for despatch
• Retail orders preparing and booking with courier and printing required labels.
• Send out of stock for PR, bloggers, MUAs, sales samples
• Managing office stock and replenishing from warehouse when needed
• Managing stock checks and stock re order levels, liaising with manufacturers
• Ordering stationary
• Research and development project
• Managing regulation projects for UK and international processes
• Creating documents, proof reading when necessary
• Carry out pricing checks against stockists
• Provide general day to day support to the team
• Diary management, travel arrangements and research
• Reply to incoming Hello@ emails from customers regarding orders i.e. non-receipt, missing items, dissatisfaction etc., or forward emails onto the appropriate person
• Accounts Admin, process management and reporting

SPL Fire Safety have an amazing opportunity for someone wishing to become a fire safety professional. Initially, the work will entail administrative duties to understand the company CRM system to input data relating to potential and existing clients.
You will support sales, marketing, purchasing, production, and the accounts functions and learn how all these functions combine to support how the business operates.
