A great opportunity is available at String Infusion assisting with general office duties and provide administrative support to the Directors and Support Staff. The successful applicant will complete a level 2 customer service apprenticeship.
A normal day would include:
• Assist in answering the telephone and filter calls to the appropriate person
• To deal with incoming and outgoing emails - To receive e-mails daily and action as appropriate
• Assist with telephone enquiries from clients regarding new bookings
• Check ‘To Do List’ entries and action as appropriate
• Assist with event preparation and organising equipment
• Comply with any reasonable task relating to the efficient operation of events
