Long Vacancy Description:
During your apprenticeship you will gain exposure to many areas of the business including:
• All aspects of the after-sales division (workshop, warranty, spare parts, site work and help desk activities)
• You may also spend some time within the Sales environment (pre-sales technical and engineering)
This will allow you to develop:
• Trade related technical skills
• Manufacturer specific product knowledge
• Customer services skills and allow you to decide where you would like to specialise

What will happen next

• A minimum of three GCSEs 9/A* – 4/C) in Maths, English and Science
• A GCSE in ICT would be advantageous but is not essential

• Highly driven individual who is motivated to ensure they achieve industry recognised qualifications and a high-quality technical understanding of the Daikin product

• Ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally
• Ability to prioritise and deal effectively with queries
• Must be willing to attend a learning programme, including delivery through a college day or block release format, working towards appropriate air conditioning and refrigeration qualifications
This is a great opportunity working with a long-established company. The work will be a varied mix of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration & general engineering. You will work under a fully skilled engineer with your role expanding with experience.
You will be trained up in all areas of installation, service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. You will work across Greater Manchester and Lancashire working with a qualified team of engineers.
