About this opportunity

Cranswick Foods are looking for an eager candidate to join us as an IT apprentice. From our state of the art site in Bury you will assist the team in its mission to bring wonderful continental foods to their UK customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support to all company IT users
• Maintain and support operation of all company software, equipment and services
• Assist with basic support of telephone system and mobile phone provision
• Keep IT team informed at all times of issues and schedules
• Regular checks on systems to maintain efficiency
• Brief users on system changes and new features
• To work outside normal working hours if required

You'll also have to attend training courses as and when required.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.

• College level education on core IT skill sets, including core Microsoft skills
