This role is all about making the business tick! Business Admin plays a key part of the Findel family, ensuring administrative tasks are completed well, organising events, booking travel and the general day to day running of the office environment.
A normal day would include:
• Assisting with travel and hotel bookings – researching times and fares, making and confirming reservations and issuing confirmation to travellers
• Assisting with diary management and booking meetings / meeting rooms on Outlook
• Supporting the Exec and Leadership team with administrative tasks as requested
• Assisting the HR team with admin tasks including logging Long Service and Reward & Recognition awards
• Reconciliation of monthly company credit card statements
• Requesting and completing reference requests on behalf of the HR team
• Assisting with organising internal monthly business updates
• Supporting Findel Foundation activity and helping to co-ordinate volunteering, charity and careers initiatives
• Booking external meeting rooms on behalf of Sales and Marketing teams
• Assisting with production of presentation packs, letters, reports and other documents
• Copy typing – letters, minutes, reports, agendas and other documents
• Printing, photocopying and scanning documents
• Updating databases and spreadsheets
• Assisting with organising off site corporate events and conferences
• Carrying out research on various matters as requested
• Ordering lunches/catering for meetings where required
• Monitoring of stationery and other office supplies ordering & ensuring the Exec Team’s resources are maintained and in stock
• Any other duties that may be required in the course of the normal working day
