About this opportunity

Safe and Sound are looking for a customer service apprentice to join their team in Droylsden. Within this role you will also be able to learn a good understanding of fundamentals of marketing, and how this can develop a loyal customer.

Daily duties will involve but are not limited to:

• Dealing with customer face to face, on the telephone and via email
• Supporting customers through the buying process in our showroom, on the phone and via email
• Entering new orders
• Track and file delivery notes for customers products arriving
• Providing updates on live orders
• Support the production of quote documents and collect payments from customers
• Help the wider sales team with any other queries

Safe and sound offer a wide range of career progression opportunities including further qualifications on completion of the apprenticeship.

For the right candidate, on the completion of the apprenticeship, a full time, permanent position will be available, along with a company car and insurance cover. Assistance is potentially also available to help pass the driving test if this needs to be achieved.
