About this opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join Moorcroft Group. The Moorcroft Group are a leading UK consumer debt recovery specialist. You will assist with enquiries, keeping accurate records and raising invoices.

A normal day would include:

• Complete excel based control checks on refunds prior to making payments to customers
• Verify payment source via internet banking prior to processing refund
• Complete excel based control checks on Direct Cash reports automatically posted from clients
• Submit excel based manual journals of Direct Cash payments received via e-mail
• Respond to miscellaneous queries from inside and outside the business regarding Direct Cash postings and Refunds.
• Assist Client Invoicing team with sorting weekly invoices and updating daily collection figures
• Assist other members of the team with Ad-hoc projects as required
• Deal with Client queries by E-mail and phone
• Cover greeting clients and other external visitors to building
