Are you looking to start your career in HR?
This exciting HR position at Regatta Ltd is a great step into the world of HR with the chance to gain your CIPD industry qualification at the same time!

It would be impossible for us to outline all the variety of tasks that you’d be able to get involved in, but some of the impact you will have in this role would be:

•Maintains HR records and our HR databases
•Successful onboarding and offboarding of new starters and leavers from all necessary systems
•Process contractual changes
•General HR office administration including stationary, filing, shredding, copying, archiving, letters, audits and post
•Coordinate training courses
•Maintain databases
•Coordinate and administrative support of some employee benefits and events
•Support the wider People Team with relevant projects and ad hoc tasks
What you could go on to do
Further advancement and training within the group, subject to successful completion of the apprenticeship.

What you should have to apply

•5 GCSE’s A* - C / 9 - 4 or equivalent, including Maths & English
•Previous experience working in an office environment or customer facing role is advantageous

Skills

•Confidence to speak to people at all levels of seniority.
•Ability to work confidentially when required.
•Computer literate.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Able to pick up communication platforms (ie, Linkedin, Workplace etc..).
•Understanding of GDPR regulations – these will be taught initially.
•Strong verbal and written communication.
