About this opportunity

An exciting opportunity at Ergomonkey helping to administer receipting and despatching orders and communicating with customers and suppliers. Ensuring efficiency with an eye for detail and working as part of the team to keep our customers happy.

A normal day would include:

•Opening and preparing the office for visitors.
•Checking for any unidentified products waiting to be shipped/collated for a project install.
•Receipting deliveries – checking for errors, booking goods in on the system and preparing the goods to be delivered.
•Advising clients and giving logistics team detailed paperwork.
•Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
