Avoira has an exciting opportunity for Business Administration Apprentice to join their team. You will provide administrative support to the Field Sales Teams and be part of the team which provides and delivers goods and services.
Responsibilities:
• Processing of sales orders for the Field Sales Team and raising associated paperwork
• Maintain data system records
• Billing of goods and services
• Progress projects, liaise with other departments and teams
• Assist with provisioning and management of network services to our customers
• Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone calls
• Deal with billing enquiries
• Assist with administration and customer hospitality during appointments, demonstrations, exhibitions and open days
• Assist with the booking of training courses and accommodation for our staff, internal meeting rooms and shared resources
• Stationery ordering and upkeep

An interesting opportunity is available at BCD Logistics LTD. The role is to learn all aspects of administration, assist with daily admin tasks such as filing and data input. This will include working closely with the transport and fleet departments.
Through our programme, you will work as an apprentice Business Administrator supporting the extended leadership as an integral part of the academy’s support workforce.
The successful candidate will be pro-active in achieving results and working well within an experienced team, specializing in all modes of transportation such as Rail Infrastructure, Rollingstock, Train Operating Companies, Highways, Airports.
