The Apprentice Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Support in creating detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables
• You will be expected to manage multiple projects with varying costs and timescales
• Assist in stakeholder communications and updates
• Assist in monitoring risks and issues, escalating concerns to senior project managers when necessary
• Assist in resource allocation and task assignment
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners as needed
• Maintain accurate project documentation while aligned to service delivery process to ensure project deliverable meet the required quality standards
• Work proactively to resolve issues that may affect project deliverables or timelines
• Experience of PM software such Monday.com would be beneficial
• Represent AVM and uphold our reputation with all clients and public

A fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Project Coordinator to join the company to assist on client assignments. The emphasis and focus of the role is project administration, leading to installation as a Project Manager after 12 months.
