About this opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in resolving technical issues, providing support & contributing to ongoing IT projects. This role involves supporting the business with all aspects of IT support & IT infrastructure to ensure operational effectiveness.

Daily duties will include:

• User Creation
• System Backups
• Problem Solving
• PC/Laptop building/installing
• Helpdesk Ticket Resolution
• Documentation
• Cyber Security
• Patching

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
