City Aluminium shutters NW Ltd are looking to employ an apprentice business administrator to work under our Head of Operations, managing specific client contracts in the facilities management space.
Day to day duties include:
• Receiving and processing work orders/job requests
• Submitting quotes for works
• Liaising with suppliers to price works accordingly
• Regular reporting on contract performance
• Confirming invoice costs and ensuring profitability targets are achieved on a per-job basis
• Liaising with credit control team to maintain account performance and cash flow
• Speaking to and meeting with clients regularly to deliver what they need from their contract administration team

You will be working within the Enforcement Administration team ensuring the start of the enforcement process is followed correctly and will work closely with team members to meet deadlines.
A great opportunity to join a busy company as an administrator. The role could evolve into an accounts role for the right person in a few years. Initially it will be administration with candidates taking responsibility for administration tasks.
