A normal day would include:
• Providing legendary service, helping with all sales queries in a positive and professional manner whilst being a true ambassador for BODA
• Taking sales calls, answering zopim online messages and a answering
• Facebook and Instagram enquiries
• Effectively advising customers on any queries
• Providing payment options for all clients
• Maximizing sales opportunities at all times
• Consistently monitor and follow up with all customers who have nearly completed a sale
• Looking after In-house clients with fittings
• Communicating all complaints and NEXs to GM
