About this opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start a career in the creative industries, with real responsibility and potential to progress to a permanent role. Our clients include businesses from around the UK, spanning all sectors.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Marketing Apprentice to help support our team in delivering excellent results for our clients and promote our own business. It's important to us to find the right fit in our close team. In particular we want someone who understands our company values of Northern Warmth, Enterprising Spirit and No Stone
Unturned and can demonstrate these easily. We want you to own and champion these across the agency, delivering exceptional client and colleague experiences.

In this customer facing role you will work closely with clients and help them achieve their marketing objectives using a range of disciplines to do so. The day to day work will be very varied and we’ve got lots of inhouse
knowledge and experience to help you succeed. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and freelancers coming to the studio so it's important that you have a smart appearance and friendly, warm personality.

You will work closely with the Studio Manager and Operational Director to help deliver a marketing strategy and plan activity. We have a thriving social media presence and we would like you to help us maintain this. You will create unique fresh content for a range of blogs and social media feeds so we want you to monitor social media and digital trends and apply these where possible.

You will become proficient in using Wordpress Content Management System to update websites, reviewing content on both client sites and our own website. You will contribute to the studio emarketing campaigns and drive their production on a regular basis, producing reports following their distribution.

You will report directly to senior management and be involved at every level of the business, and work closely with team members to progress and manage ongoing projects. You will also help with business development; researching prospective clients and undertaking regular competitor analysis.
We like to throw a party every so often so you'll help with regular event management.

General office administration will be involved in the role as you support the Studio Manager. You will be expected to manage the general office administrative procedures including stock control, petty cash, postage & couriers, filing and other adhoc duties.

Salary can increase to up to £12,000 a year.

The employer has requested no contact from other training providers, colleges or recruitment agencies regarding this Apprenticeship.
