• Gaining an understanding of University web content management system and being able to update content in line with the internal communication strategy
• Helping with the logistical organisation of outreach events and being on hand to help run events

• Being trained to manage AV equipment to help support live broadcasts and recording of seminars and helping to edit and upload video recorded at events to the Intranet

• Undertaking routine checks of our website for errors, broken links, out of date news or content

• Producing regular reports from both the website (using Google Analytics) and our Twitter account to inform the Communication Strategy Group

• Day to day management and maintenance of Institute using social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other mobile apps.

On successfully completing your apprenticeship you will have access to internally advertised opportunities at the University of Liverpool.
