A normal day would include:
Provide 1st line technical support for all network connected hardware and software issues.
Ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance. Install, configure, and support Direct365 hardware and software on the network.
Setup new starters with hardware, software and access to the correct software for the roles.
Maintaining the technical aspects of the databases (closely working with the data administrator).
To help produce and maintain IT statistics, reports, checklists and other
documentation as necessary
To help maintain appropriate stock levels of computer consumables and
accessories and to raise purchase orders as necessary ensuring that value for money
is obtained.
To proactively implement company policies and procedures.
