A normal day would include
Working with customer service, despatch and sales teams to meet customer requirements in the most effective and timely manner.
Ensure operating and working practices are in line with the Company standards. Ensure and participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work area.
Using a variety of machinery for rhinestone work, embroidery, screen printing and lithographic printing.
Producing printed garments to specific customer requirements – requires accuracy and precision.
Working as a team player and on own initiative.
Labelling, counting, boxing, and packaging goods for despatch.
Follow all necessary safety rules and regulations, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Printing and verifying bar code and product identification labels. . General computer support activities as needed.
Printing and attaching swing tags
Follow and maintain sufficient processes and quality controls that are in place to identify and report any issues that may be highlighted in the manufacturing process
Responsibility to follow all equipment operating and safety procedures and daily cleaning of equipment
Comply with all Health and Safety requirements as instructed on induction and throughout your apprenticeship program. Be proactive at reporting potential hazards.

A Level standard of education
The applicant must have a minimum of GCSE'S grades C's or above in
Mathematics and English.
It would also be an advantage to have achieved a good grade in IT.
