About this opportunity
In this exciting opportunity you will be trained to be competent in all production areas, working closely with existing highly trained staff to learn and develop your skills and gain knowledge of manufacturing operations across the plant.
A normal day would include
• Assembly Operations
•Accurate measuring of assembly products
• Confirm quality production
• Receiving and checking incoming materials
• Loading/unloading and storage
• Palletisation of goods
• Adhere to health and safety practices

How you will be supported
Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Growth Company. A comprehensive training programme has been developed for you to gain skills in the production department and experience of manufacturing bespoke cases enabling you to become a multi skilled, semi skilled production operator on completion of the apprenticeship.
