A fantastic opportunity has arisen within The Dean Trust at Broadoak School in Partington. The role is an admin apprentice to join the team to help with admin duties.
A normal day would include:
• General admin duties
• To be responsible for the school’s photocopying and printing needs, including laminating, designing booklets and other presentations using high speed print production machines.
• Print finishing processes e.g. book binding, coiling, guillotine
• To be responsible for maintaining adequate stocks of paper and photocopying supplies.
• To assist with a variety of administration tasks in different aspects of business support.
• To undertake reception duties as and when required.
• To assist the Examinations Officer with the administration of both internal and external examinations.
• Ensure all printing and finishing is presented correctly and completed within agreed timescales
• Ensure that all machinery and equipment is safe and clean
• Advise staff on presentation of documents
• Provide a cost effective service whilst maintaining a high quality service
What you could go on to do
A qualification in business administration can prepare you for many types of roles in a variety of industries. Examples of roles include secretaries, receptionists, personal assistants, junior office administrators and data entry clerks.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
You will receive mentoring from your workplace line manager in order to help facilitate the development of your skills and abilities in order to achieve your apprenticeship qualification.
