Level 3 Certificate in Management Principles (including Project Management)
On this 8-week course will develop the core skills and understanding needed to deal with management responsibilities and develop as a leader, helping to start your career with confidence.
We have regular start dates for this course, once you have registered your interest a member of the team will contact you to arrange your start date.
This qualification is made up of the following units:
- Solving problems and making decisions
- Understanding leadership
- Leading and motivating a team effectively
- Understanding customer service standards and requirements
- Developing yourself and others
- Understanding conflict in the workplace
- Understanding quality management
- Understanding effective communication
On successful completion, learners will achieve a Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Leadership and Management.
There are no entry requirements for this course however, you will be required to complete an initial diagnostic in maths and English as part of the enrolment process.
As this course is delivered online, you will need access to a device with a camera and access word documents.

The course is fully funded for those who are employed and:
A Greater Manchester resident who is aged 19+*
OR
A South Yorkshire resident who is aged 24+ living in the following postcode areas: Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster or Barnsley*
