This Level 3 Diploma Healthcare Support Services will develop your knowledge, understanding and competence in a range of healthcare support services skills.

The course is fully funded for those who are employed and:

A Greater Manchester resident who is aged 19+*

OR

A South Yorkshire resident who is aged 24+ living in the following postcode areas: Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster or Barnsley*

When does the course start?

We have regular start dates for this course, once you have registered your interest a member of the team will contact you to arrange your start date.

What does the course cover?

To successfully achieve this Level 3 Diploma Healthcare Support Services you must complete 5 mandatory units plus optional units to achieve a total of 37 credits. 

Mandatory Units:

  • Promote communication in care settings
  • Promote equality and inclusion in care settings
  • Promote health, safety and wellbeing in care settings
  • Promote personal development in care settings
  • Responsibilities of a care worker

When will I attend?

This course is delivered online, you must be able to attend one of the sessions below every week for the duration of the course:

Monday, 12.30pm to 3.30pm 

or

Tuesday, 9am - 12pm
