Shout - text SHOUT to 85258 for 24/7 confidential support if you are in crisis and need immediate help.

Samaritans - open 24/7 for anyone who needs to talk.

NHS - for urgent medical help – use the NHS 111 online service or call 111 if you're unable to get help online.

If you feel like you might attempt suicide, or may have seriously harmed yourself, you need urgent medical help. Please:

  • call 999 for an ambulance
  • go straight to your local A&E, if you can
