Apprentice Fenestration Fabricator

About this opportunity

This Family run business are looking to recruit their next generation of talented fenestration fabricators to join their busy, friendly team based in Preston.

Working alongside experienced mentors, whilst undertaking your Level 2 apprenticeship in Fenestration Fabrication you will learn all aspects of the business, giving the right candidate the knowledge and skills to become a successful fabricator.

Whilst training you will be learning to:

• Manufacture steel and aluminium Windows, doors and conservatories.
• You will learn how to read fabrication drawings and produce finished goods
• You will learn the right skills to fabricate products to a high standard and meet the client’s expectations
• You will learn how to use the machinery and become competent using hand/power tools
• You will gain a great understanding of health and safety within the glass industry
• You will help the team with general housekeeping, loading and unloading and any other duties as required

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
