A fantastic role assisting in the day to day running of the finance department. There will be exposure to all aspects of an office role and integration with the whole company, you will see how a business operates and cover a range of tasks.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Work alongside Finance Manager
• Collation of timesheets
• Processing and distribution of sales invoices – checking and matching to time sheets
• Processing of Supplier invoices (checking and matching of sub-contractors, flaggig where they match etc)
• Credit Control (working alongside us all to ensure timely payments of our invoices)
• Raise purchase orders
• Bank Reconciliation
• Credit Card reconciliation and preparation
• Expenses checking and preparation
• Assist in the maintenance of Fixed Asset register
• Assist with preparation of payroll info, checking hours worked, answering staff queries where applicable
• Basic office assistance when needed
• Ad Hoc tasks as they come up
