About this opportunity

As a Designer, you’ll work on a broad range of small and large projects for some of the largest ecommerce and digital brands in the world. Creating emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed.

Key responsibilities:

• Working on a brief from start to finish
• Supporting the design team with tasks when required
• Image sourcing and artworking
• Designing responsive emails and landing pages
• Developing rich visual content for weekly newsletters
• Applying creativity to adhoc projects
• Always striving to create work that contributes to client business goals
• Researching competitors and staying current with design and marketing trends Contributing innovative ideas
• Protecting brand integrity and guardianship
• Drive the delivery of work on time and to the highest standard by understanding your team’s capabilities

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
