An exciting role for an enthusiastic individual to support the Finance team at Examworks. You will be completing a variety of Finance related tasks including processing receipts, monitoring cash received and responding to enquiries.
A normal day would include:
•Processing receipts (Cheques & BACS) received into the company on Sage 1000 daily.
•Recording all receipts received in onto a financial spreadsheet daily.
•Ensuring sufficient financial documentation has been received in to identify and confirm the accuracy of payments allocated.
•Investigating all unallocated receipts (Cheques & BACS) and liaising with external customers and internal departments to ensure all monies are correctly allocated and reconciled.
•Completing the bank reconciliation when necessary (adhering to Cashier Team rotas & schedules).
•Dealing with payment queries, including refund requests, from external customers and internal departments in a timely manner providing a high standard of customer service.
•Finance calls and general Finance emails along with other adhoc duties.
