Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative

About this opportunity

Schofield & Sons Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice with drive and an eagerness to learn new skills in a growing ambitious team. You will be taught the use of specialist equipment and tools alongside communication and health & safety.

A normal day would include
Reporting to the project manager working alongside our team of experienced joiners across a range of domestic and commercial sites your duties will include;

• Following all HS procedures at all times
• Following all reporting procedures at all times
• Undertaking a range of reactive maintenance tasks including a range of repairs with domestic & commercial properties

Own transport is essential as applicants must be able to travel to various sites, travel expenses will be paid.

What you could go on to do
You can progress onto becoming qualified at level 3 or as a Site Supervisor.

How you will be supported
Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Skills Company.

What you could go on to do
Progress onto further construction related qualifications or move into site supervision or technical support.

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
