This is an exciting role supporting our Business Operations team across duties such as helping in the daily release of bills, monthly checks, supporting with processing expenses and running ad hoc reports.
A normal day would include:
• The daily release of bills to checking list
• Supporting with daily tasks around credit control
• Weekly BIM and forecast reports
• Undertaking P/B checks
• Running monthly reports to support the Business Operations team
• Supporting with the processing of expenses and travel bookings
• Runing ad hoc report requests
• Credit card reconciliations
How you will be supported
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
You will have an induction period and there will be plenty of on-the-job training provided by SMRS.
