New College Group are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join their team, supporting both the Student Support and the Marketing Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience.
What you’ll do
Student Support
• Welcome and assist students and visitors
• Handle enquiries (in person, phone, email)
• Support enrolment, inductions, and student records
• Help organise and lead activities and events
• Support with accommodation queries
• Monitor attendance, safeguarding and student welfare
Marketing
• Create and collect content (photos, videos, testimonials, google reviews)
• Support social media management
• Assist with marketing materials and campaigns
• Engage with students to showcase their experience
